FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How many revisions per video?
We allow up to 2 revisions per video post. 
We make the videos at the highest reasonable quality, but sometimes we miss something like a spelling error. If you notice something that isn't quite right, let us know and we'll get on it. 
Do you repurpose videos for other platforms?
Each platform comes with its unique characteristics. If you'd like other formats, we would need to have a consultation about it.
When does monthly billing begin?
Monthly billing will start on the same month as the scheduled video shoot.
Does the monthly payment include ad spend?
No. The recommended $5.00 per day ongoing video boost campaigns will be paid by the client.
Do I get access to the raw footage?
Yes. After the installments are paid in full, we will release the raw footage to you as downloadable video files.
How soon do you deliver the videos?
Depending on our workload, weekly delivery should begin within one month of the shoot. 
What is the recommended adspend per video?
$5.00 per day when you are getting started. 
This may sound low, but we have clients who have closed up to $36,000 of new business within the first week of launching at this level.
Of course, with success you will want to scale up as time passes.
Are the filming days one-on-one with Ken?
Yes, Ken will be your director onsite when shooting your 52 videos.
